Located on Plymouth Street and Stillman Avenue, between Crescent and Centre Street, Crescent Court is a family friendly federal development with 121 Apartments. We have 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom apartments.  Three 1 bedroom apartments are barrier free as are three 2 bedroom apartments.

Heat, electric and hot water are included. It is located within walking district from the BAT bus and T-station. The Plouffe Academy is right across the street which serves student grades 6-8. We also have the Snow Park Soccer Field, basketball court and children’s playground right across the Street.

The YMCA after school program and summer program is run from our Crescent Court Community Center along with Free lunches in the summer. The Cosgrove Pool is also within walking distance from Crescent Court.
We also have on-site Management and Maintenance Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and emergency maintenance nights, weekends and Holidays.
