Brockton Housing Authority Maintenance
The Brockton Housing Maintenance Department is responsible for the day to day maintenance for over two thousand units of state and federal public housing. The Maintenance Department is comprised of the maintenance employees, the administrative support team, the purchasing agent, and the workforce development staff.
Last year, 12,426 work orders were completed by our maintenance staff. 12,301 routine work orders were completed with a 2.24 calendar day average and 2,021 emergency work orders were addressed the same day that they were called in.
171 federal housing apartments were renovated by the vacancy preparation team. All apartments are painted, renovated, professionally cleaned and made available to new residents for rent, or existing residents to transfer into.
