Mrs. Proctor was appointed to the Board September 23, 2013.  Commissioner Proctor was appointed by the Mayor of Brockton.  Her term expires September 23, 2018.

Mrs. Trask was appointed to the Board August 27, 2010. Commissioner Trask is appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts.  Her term expires January 12, 2020.
