The Board of Commissioners regularly meets on the fourth Thursday of each month. Meetings are held at 45 Goddard Road in the Emanuel Rafkin Board Room. Notices of all Board meetings and agendas are filed with the Brockton City Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the meeting as required by Section 23 of Chapter 39 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
