Located at 45 Goddard Road, Manning Tower has 96 one bedroom apartments. Several units within the building are barrier free. Manning Tower is conveniently located on the BAT bus line and is within walking distance to downtown stores, banks and Brockton Neighborhood Health Center.
Building amenities include: laundry facilities, 24 hour emergency maintenance and free dial-a-bat service once a week to Shaw’s supermarket. Manning Tower is home to the Brockton Housing Authority Management team and has onsite Maintenance and Resident Service Coordinator office’s which are staffed  Monday - Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm. Old Colony Elderly Services provide a hot lunch program in the Community Room five days per week. 
The Manning Tower Tenants Association provide numerous activities which include: bingo, monthly meetings, cook-outs and holiday celebrations.
