Located at 140 Colonel Bell Drive in Brockton, Sullivan Towers has 122 one bedroom apartments, six of which are barrier free; all apartments have large, relaxing balconies overlooking the city and treetops of D.W. Field Park.
We have a very active Tenant Association, which holds regular coffee hours, cookouts, dinners, holiday events and informative meetings for all of our residents. We offer on-site management, as well as a BAMSI provided Resident Service Coordinator to assist with connecting our residents to beneficial resources and services.
