Located in a quiet neighborhood of the “Village” section on the north side of Brockton at 25 North Avenue, between North Avenue and Blendall Street, Crosby Gardens is a three story elevated building with 74 one bedroom units, four of which are barrier free. Included within the building is a community room for meetings and social affairs, a library, laundry room with washers and dryers, and an on-site maintenance office. Crosby Gardens is a regular stop for the BAT bus and is close to shopping and local restaurants. Crosby Gardens has an active Tenants Association for social gatherings.
